What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message. We don't use advertising trackers on this website.
Messaging us on WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp profile name, your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. An automated assistant replies first with options and our business hours, then forwards your message to our Microsoft 365 mailbox so our team can respond. It can't open photos, voice notes or files. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, so messages sent through it are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and keep records of our dealings with you. We won't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our systems are protected with multi-factor authentication and access controls. Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at help@skyblueit.ai.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
